We are always available via email.
Our shop is open 24/7 unless otherwise stated.
Bookings & consultations are available on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons, and Saturdays.
During Ramadaan, we prioritise books in the launch blueprint and step back from consultations and non-urgent work.

Returns and Refunds

The Prophet ﷺ is reported to have said: "Whoever agrees with a Muslim to cancel a transaction, Allāh SWT will forgive his sins on the Day of Resurrection."^{(Sunan Abū Dāwūd, ḥadīth 3640; Sunan Ibn Mājah, ḥadīth 219)}

In this spirit, we accept returns or offer refunds provided the item is still in saleable condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
