Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 June 2024
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AMWASA (Association of Muslim Women Authors in South Africa) website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Detailed Description of Services
AMWASA is a South African-based organisation that supports Muslim women authors, provides author-related services, facilitates the AMWASA Stamp of Approval, and offers curated Islamic literature for sale and distribution.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 7 working days. Delivery will be arranged via courier, and delivery charges will be specified at checkout. For bulk or distribution orders, timelines may vary based on agreement.
3. Export Policy
Our products and services are available both within South Africa and internationally. Overseas delivery costs are calculated based on parcel weight and destination. International orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with courier availability and applicable customs regulations.
4. Return and Refunds Policy

In keeping with this principle, AMWASA accepts returns or offers refunds provided the item is in its original, saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
